Why did we start Vermi Food?
We were always snack addicts and we couldn’t find an option that was made from nutritious ingredients, while still satisfying our junk-food craving taste buds. Low calorie products weren’t healthy enough, and the healthy options weren’t tasty enough. So we created a brand that would allow us to innovate and develop new snacks to help people like us eat and live healthier (and HAPPIER!). In short, we wanted to help others snack with a PURPOSE.
What should I know about your ingredients?
Contain of 4 nuts and 2 berries mixture:
(Daily nuts(A) : Almond 26% (6.5g), cashew 20% (5.0g), walnut kernel 18%(4.5g), dried cranberry 14% (3.5g), dried blueberry 12% (3.0g), hazelnut kernel 10% (2.5g).
Daily nuts(B): Almond 26% (6.5g), walnut kernel 20% (5.0g), cashew 18% (4.5g), blackcurrant 14% (3.5g), dried blueberry 12% (3.0g), hazelnut kernel 10% (2.5g).

What about nutrition?
We quantify daily package is 25g, which based on the Asian Healthy nuts ADI ( acceptable daily intake ) (20-30g), it is golden scientific healthy nutritious ratio. People who eat nuts every day will reduce any risk from death. But, nuts are high-calorie foods, too much ADI will lead to fat.
How do I place an order?
Customers who would like to purchase our products for personal use can directly order from our website. when ordering online, simply add the products to cart and complete the checkout process. Can I customize my box contents?
Part of the fun of our healthy snack delivery service is the discovery element, so we’re unable to customize individual boxes at this time.
What are the shipping charges applicable?
Shipping & Handling
We ship to most countries worldwide; deliveries are made via GDex for domestic packages and Ta Q Bin for international packages.
Shipping fees are as follows:
RM5 to Peninsular Malaysia.
RM10 to East Malaysia.
Free Shipping within Malaysia for order exceeding RM200
We do ship to worldwide; delivery fees are based on the box dimension, weight and/or destination of your order.

We are glad to let you know that there is no minimum order required.

The processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. Delivery time within Malaysia is 2-3 days, and 10-15 business days for international orders. Please keep in mind that during holidays or promotions, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Ta Q Bin to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation delays, nor any extra fees, import duties, taxes customs or back end charges once the packages have shipped out of Malaysia. Customs policies vary widely amongst countries; therefore it is beyond our control. Recipient is responsible to apply for import permit or relevant documents according to the respective country requirements.
How do I return and refund an item?
You may return your item(s) for following reason only:
- Wrong item sent – Not the item that the customer ordered (e.g. wrong flavour).
- Item(s) have been expired.
- Item(s) have been damaged.
The general requirements for returns are as follows:
Returned item(s) must be shipped back to us (Vermi Food Solutions) within three (3) calendar days. Effect from the date you received the item to the post stamp stated on the parcel you return to us. Shipping fee for returned item to be bear by us.
- You must have the proof of purchased such as order number.
- The item(s) must be in new condition and returned in along with the the free gifts with it.
- The item(s) must not have been used.
- All sealed item(s) must not be opened.
- Attach the photo whether wrong item(s) sent, damaged or expired as a proof to us. ([email protected])
Return of goods will strictly not be entertained except it meet all of the above mentioned requirements.
The customer bears the return shipment risk and responsibility until the returned item safely arrives at the designated return address and duly acknowledged and received.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Upon completion of the return process, we shall refund by immediately cancelling the credit card transaction authorization in case of payment by credit card or initiate a refund (included return shipment fee) to your bank account. You will receive the credit within 14 working days, depending on your issue.
