Adabi Rendang Powder 24g
- Prepare ingredient:Chicken/ Beef/ Motton, Cooking Oil, Dessicated Coconut Paste, Coconut Milk, Shallot, Garlic, Ginger, Galangal, Lemongrass (pounded), Brown Sugar/ Sugar (suit to taste), Asam Jawa Xtra Adabi Paste (mix with water), Chilli Giling Adabi Paste, Water, Turmeric Leaf, Kaffir Lime Leaf.
- Prepare 300ml or 1 cup of coconut milk and mix it with 1 cup of water.
- Add Adabi Rendang Powder 24g with all blended ingredients in a bowl and mix with 1 cup of water. Make it into a paste.
- Heat the cooking oil in cooking port. Saute the mix paste, chilli paste & lemongrass until it fragrant and become slightly brown.
- Pour the coconut milk, desiccated coconut paste brown sugar or sugar, chicken or meat and Asam Jawa Xtra Adabi bring it to boil. Add in sliced turmeric leaf and kaffir lime leaf.
- Add salt Adabi to taste. Bring it to boil under low flame and keep stirring until think.
- Ready to serve.
