Preparation (Rice Bean and Brown Rice Congee)
1) Wash the Rice beans and soak them for more than three hours in advance, and soak the rice for about an hour after washing, and then add them to a pot with 2L water;
2) Bring the water peas and rice to a boil on high heat, then turn to low heat to keep the porridge in a low boiling state. Cover and cook for about two and a half hours until the rice is in a state of hydration.
