How do I place an order?

Customers who would like to purchase our products for personal use can directly order from our website. When ordering online, simply add the products to cart and complete the checkout process. How do i check my tracking number?

What are the payment methods available?

Can I edit/add on/ remove items on my order once it's placed?

Once your order is confirmed, it is not possible for us to change it. Do double check your orders at the checkout page before placing your order.

I gave you a wrong mailing address or phone number. Can I amend the order details?

Yes, but please do let us know ASAP. Once our team start to process your order, no changes is allowed.

How am I sure my order is placed successfully?
